COVID-19 Policy
Studio 107 Photography and Customer policies
Studio 107 Photography is a custom-built studio located in the garden of a residential home. As a result, customers will need to come through the home to get into the studio.
To keep everybody safe, Studio 107 Photography asks customers to adhere to the same policies as we do.
Social distancing policy
Studio 107 Photography follows the Government guidelines on Social distancing by keeping a distance of 2 metres. Where this is not possible, such as when moving through the hallway to get to the studio, the 1 metre plus rule will be followed.
We ask that our customers also maintain the recommended 2 metre distance (1 metre plus where necessary). We also ask that customers remain distanced from props and equipment, unless these are being directly used within the shoot.

Self Isolation policy
When booking your photo shoot and the day before you come to the studio, you will be asked if any of your household has had symptoms within the last 14 days.
If this is the case, you will be able to reschedule your photo shoot a minimum 14 days following your current booking.
Support Bubbles policy
The UK Government states that “In England, if you live by yourself or are a single parent with dependant children – in other words, if there is only one adult in your home – you can expand your close support network so that it includes one other household of any size. This is called making a ‘support bubble’ and means you are able to have close contact with them as you could if they were members of your own household.
Studio 107 Photography can only allow bookings from households within an official Support Bubble. If you are in a ‘social bubble’ that doesn’t fit Government guidelines, you will not be able to book into the studio.
Track and Trace policy
Upon booking a session, you will be asked to complete a Track and Trace form.
This will allow Studio 107 Photography to contact you should we receive a report that a customer has displayed symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of visiting the studio.
If any customer, or member of their household, begins displaying symptoms within 14 days of visiting the studio, Studio 107 Photography must be notified immediately.
PPE and Handwashing policy
Customer must wear masks at all time whilst on the premises unless exempt or having photos taken.
Customers are also asked to wash their hands prior to coming to the studio. Hand sanitiser will be available for customers upon arrival.
Face coverings and shoe covers are provided should customers wish to use them. These will be disposed of correctly once the session has finished.
Studio 107 Photography policies
On top of the previous policies, Studio 107 Photography promises to adhere to the following policies.
Cleaning policy
The studio and entrances will be deep-cleaned after every session ensuring that
- all surfaces are disinfected
- any props that were used are disinfected
- any fabrics, including blankets and outfits are washed
- the studio is aired before and after sessions
Session timings policy
During the pandemic, no more than 2 sessions will be booked in for a single day.
The minimum amount of time between these sessions will be 4 hours.
Social distancing policy
As well as following the Social Distancing policy set out above, Studio 107 Photography will also take into account the shoot itself.
In order to maintain the recommended 2 metre distance during sessions, parents/guardians may be asked to help with posing their children. Any instructions will be given from a safe distance and will not hinder the quality of the session.
Self Isolation policy
If at any point Studio 107 Photography receives notification that a previous customer is displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or begins to display symptoms ourselves, any session booked within the next 14 days will be rescheduled. This is to allow us to fully self-isolate and clean the studio.
Track and Trace policy
If at any point Studio 107 Photography receives notification that a previous customer is displaying symptoms of COVID-19, we will contact you using the contact details provided on the Track and Trace form completed upon booking a session.
PPE and Handwashing policy
Where the recommended 2 metre distance cannot be adhered to, full PPE will be worn.
Hands will be washed for at least 20 seconds prior to any customer entering the studio and will be sanitised throughout the session.
